I just finished “From the Bottom Up” and I loved it! As someone who is also embarking on the road less traveled, Harold’s words ring true and feel good to read. Following Harold’s adventure as he left his typical job and began life on a sail boat were enthralling and I didn’t want to put the book down! I found myself picking it up every spare moment I had to read what ocean adventure was next! I hope his words inspire many others to lead the life less traveled, outside of the box! The world needs more of this : ) His words also provide a timeless snapshot of the amazing places he’s visited, including many tiny islands that are changing so quickly with globalization and climate change that they’ll never be the same . .
